I love this! It comes with a sponge to apply it with, and it just glides on your skin so easily. I have acne, and it covers it right up. You can apply it in a very thin layer or a thicker layer if you want more coverage. It looks very natural, yet, it really covers your imperfections. I dislike how expensive it is though, especially for the amount of foundation they give you. This is best to buy to wear for a special occasion, unless you use very small amounts, because it is too pricey to buy for everyday makeup. I will have to switch back to my old foundation once it's gone, unfortunately.

The color I brought is dark but it comes off ashy this product has no variety for African American women as if we are all one color it does blend well and has a matte finish as advertised I personally mix it with the liquid foundation to take out the ash but I would return if I could

Put on with your fingers and gently smooth on skin. A little goes a long way. Makes your face look very fresh and smooth. Covers pimples and dark spots. Easy to apply powder over this product with out looking "caked" on.

I've been using this since I was 17 and bought it on a whim when I needed make up for college. I love it. It has an airbrush effect for me. In fact, when I do use airbrush make up, I take this with me in case I need touch ups. It's light weight with buildable coverage.

Most people who dislike this foundation most likely don't know how to apply it, have dry skin, or cannot match their skin color. For me, it was really simple. To apply, I dab it on with my fingers and then blend it in. No tools necessary. It can get messy, so make sure you wash your hands before and after. The color blends into my skin beautifully and completely erases my pores. It leaves a truly matte, even, smooth, and flawless finish. Start with a small amount and you can add more as you go. It does not cover up all of my dark spots from acne, but it does make my skin look super smooth and pretty. I have combination skin, which means I get oily in some areas and dry in others. In order for this foundation to work if you have any dry skin at all, you must must must exfoliate and moisturize, otherwise it will enhance the flakes on your face. The shades run darker than what you see on the cap. I have light skin with neutral/olive undertones, but my shade is Classic Ivory (never in my life would i describe my skin as "ivory"). Overall, I would say this foundation is worth a try. The texture is lovely and and provides the smoothest, matte finish I've ever experienced (and I've used MAC, Bare Minerals, Clinique, CoverGirl, and Revlon). If you have dry skin, this product is definitely not for you.

I am obsessed with this. A friend got me hooked, and I will forever keep this in my makeup bag. Although, always go a shade lighter than you think, because it has a darker/tan/orange tint to it. I put this on over my foundation usually because it has a matte finish that I love. It stays on all day and never smudges. I suggest you go pick it up right now.

I typically use this foundation for a night out or special events. I bought this foundation specifically to go with a pin-up girl inspired look I wanted to go for New Year's Eve. I wanted a flawless base since I was wearing red lipstick (which I didn't want to highlight the redness in my facE) and this definitely achieved it. It evened out my skin tone with barely any product. I've been using this product for years and have had no problems with it. Though, a word of advice: I wouldn't recommend wearing this regularly, the heavy texture could block the skin from breathing and cause acne. But as a special occasion type foundation, I think it's fantastic.

This is the only foundation I buy; I've tried every popular "drugstore" brand, and keep coming back to this one. Sometimes I have problems with it feeling greasy on my forehead -- which just means I used too much.
