The color payoff is great, but for the price of the product, I'm surprised that i can feel the makeup all over my eye when I put it on my waterline. It dosent burn or anything but it makes my vision cloudy..? kind of a bummer, the foggyness makes my eyes water, which then makes the liner run and smudge.
