Works well for me. I have used the matte formulation and I am not a fan of it. I have been using Bare Minerals for almost 8 years and I dont really see any miraculuous results as far as changes in my skin from using it but I get quite a few compliments on my skins appearance.

I really love the coverage and how it evens out my skintone with a nice "glowing" sheen. I just wish it stayed like that all day long, but it doesn't for me...after mid day it gets dull and seems to ware off some.
