Comments: This is the best foundation I have ever used, including Bare Minerals. My only complaint is that it doesn't work well for spot coverage and I still need a liquid concealer for red blemishes. |

BEST USES Comments: I bought this powder foundation because it was cheaper than getting another Bare Minerals brand. Actually, I think Ulta's foundation covers more than the other brand. The only real complaint that I have is that it's way too messy. Even when I barely touch the powder with my brush, it still manages to get too much of it, and then the powder gets all over the place. |

Comments: This is my daily foundation for work and this product is great for looking natural and controlling my oily skin. I like that it is affordable and blends well with my skin tone (I can use medium 01 in fall/winter and medium 05 in spring/summer). It is a mineral powder, so it can be a bit messy. Other than that it's an overall great product! |

Comments: I have been wearing BE original foundation for over three years (medium beige). I typically stay with products I like and am VERY skeptical about trying new things for staples like foundation. But the sale's price point was incredible, so I risked it based on the reviews I read of this product, figuring it was worth [$] to try.NOTE: Make sure to have someone color match you in the store. I was originally going to get medium 1, but after I saw it applied, they were right and I'm a medium 3.I use this as foundation daily and I'm active and work out so there are days when I apply it two to three times per day. I have relatively fair, dry skin, but T-zone problem area and always had issues with BE not lasting throughout the day, and that reason and cost were the reasons I tried Ulta's brand. For me, Ulta does a much better job of covering my face evenly and providing a better foundation than BE. I am very pleased with the coverage I get, especially in my problem T-zone area as well as how long it lasts comparative to BE. It might be a little heavier than BE's original formula (nothing is as bad as BE's matte formula!) and you have to be a tiny bit more careful about how much you use and make sure you blend it more, but nothing I personally can't work around for the benefits I get. The packaging doesn't help; I'm sure they will improve it the way BE did given the general mess it creates. But overall, I think it's fine and a great alternative cost-wise. I'm going to finish out this package, but I suspect I will soon be making the change from BE to Ulta's brand. Yet another reason to love Ulta, I guess! PROS: Good coverage; lasts longer than BE (for me); blendable; cost. (Glad I tried it!)CONS: Slightly heavier/watch for potential caking; mess resultant of current package design; availability...it was hard to find in stores!I know reviews for make up are extremely subjective, so take that into consideration. But overall, I'm please with the quality and coverage, as well as the pricing. I would consider trying it, especially as it's on sale as of this writing! |

Comments: I wish more colors available or easier to match skin color than it is. I think some others do better in that respect. For the most part, I really like, but being that I'm older my skin is quite dry and I think this would better be suited to oily skin, but I do use because I don't like "mess" of liquid foundation. |
