I love that the product comes with two colors so that it can be customized to the shade you need. I use Urban Decay eye shadow primer(another one of my favorites)prior the applying the brow color(use short strokes with a brow brush). Then I set it with a clear mascara; any one will be fine. You'll have perfect brows ALL DAY!!!

Apply with an angled brush- i used the one that comes with the l,oreal mineral eye liner . After apply the powder blend and set with an old mascara wand or a spoolie. Ipt is better than any eyebrow pencil that i tried . It is even better than the liquid eyebrow enhancer of the same brand.
