This product is great to add color in between salon visits. It is a natural brown tone unlike the John Frieda which adds a purple cast if your hair is lighter like mine. I love this product.

I use this most every time I shampoo and it helps to maintain my highlights so I can go longer between treatments. I loved the blonde glaze, and wish you would make it again. I am making the brunette glaze work for me.

I used to have to color my hair every 3 weeks. The glaze allows me to go 6 to 7 weeks without the gray roots shining through! Don't have an Ulta close by, so I order online.

I have brown hair with blonde highlights and was looking to darken my hair a little bit. There wasn't a big difference, but definitely added shine and some additional color.

I experienced the same problem that the product was not thick enough to stay in my hair and was runny in the shower. However, I added a spoon full to my shampoo and to my conditioner and it was great. It gave me a touch up on my color and amazing shine. Give it a try, it works.

This reminds me of a salon product I used to apply between colorings to cover and blend gray roots. Sadly, it was discontinued. I saw this and decided to try. Amazing. I had more than my usual amount of gray to cover when I first used this and it actually blended away quite a bit! It is a glaze, so it isn't conditioning. I used after conditioning/rinsing and will mix with my conditioner when I only need a little :)

...I use it a bit differently than product recommendations. I originally bought this to help to cover gray roots between touch-ups. When I first opened the tube, I was surprised at how runny the product is. Based on that observation, I decided to change how I would apply it. The directions state to wash your hair, apply the product (working it on thoroughly), wait five minutes, then rinse. Because I wanted to make sure I saturated every strand, I didn't want to further dilute the product by applying it to dripping wet hair. So, after I shampooed, I blotted my hair with a towel, and then applied the product. After rinsing and blow-drying, my gray roots had not completely been covered, but the product did dull the gray and tint it brown. The roots were definitely less obvious after using the product. However, in the future I'll be using the product in conjunction with retouching my roots. Generally, I mix up half the package of permanent hair color in a plastic bowl, then apply the color to my roots only. I then add conditioner to whatever color is left over in the bowl, and apply that mixture to the rest of my hair, then let it process for 30 minutes. Today, I decided to add the glaze to the remaining color instead of using a "plain" conditioner, and I really like the results! Using the glaze mixed together with the leftover color really brightened and refreshed the color on the rest of my hair, and made it really shiny. So, I think that's how I'll be using the glaze from now on.

I'm using this product to help cover gray between colorings. It's working great. I would like the product to leave my hair smoother after use but this does not affect the styling of my hair.

I use this product to restore color to my predominately gray hair. Being a previous redhead who doesn't want to resort to temporary or permanent hair dye, I alternate the brunette and redhead glazes every third shampoo. The glazes don't provide complete coverage like a dye would, but rather give a much more natural looking effect. Not a week goes by that I am not complimented on "my" hair color.
