This product is great! Not only was it incredibly easy to use, it was fast! My hair was silky smooth after as well. I've been dying my hair salon and box for the past 9 years and by far the best results from any box dye. However, I had highlights before (platinum blonde) and I'm sooooo glad it didn't completely get rid of them. However if you're wanting to mask any color previous to one dimension, overall color this product isn't for you. But personally it did tone down my platinum and overall gave a gorgeous blonde result!
