I use this product on my face, chest and back once a day. While I've found other products that can control my face acne, nothing I've used has been able to control my chest and back breakouts. I think it is because it has a different active ingredient than most other products. It has has a cooling effect which I love and makes me feel extra clean. I didn't give it five stars because I still get the occasional zit, but again this is the best thing I've tried out there. Even over numerous prescriptions!
