I have fine, wavy hair that I keep between my chin and shoulders, length-wise. This tool dries my hair to a sleek, volumized style in less than 15 minutes. It is also pretty quiet. Yes, this is because it does not have the high heat settings of some other hair dryers, but it is perfect for me since I am usually trying to listen to a baby monitor while I get ready! I am also extremely clumsy with my hands, and this is easy for me to use. The "curl release" button leaves a nice inward flip at the ends of my hair. I think most of the people who wrote poor reviews on here have the wrong type of hair to use this tool (i.e. super thick, long, etc.) If you have short to mid-length hair that is fine, I'm sure you'll love this product.
