I have been using this for the past 5 months(still using the same container) and it makes my skin look absolutely amazing! I first want to start off by saying how it makes my skin feel and look. I have normal/dry skin, and this does not highlight my dry patches and flakes like other powders have. I use it over Smashbox high definition foundation(which is also amazing, but thats a different review) and it really just finishes off the foundation by making your face look smooth and flawless. It's not drying and doesn't look "powdery" or "cakey" on your face. Also, this is NOT a foundation!! It's not meant to cover acne scars, dark circles or any other major imperfections! Using it over a BB cream or foundation just enhances the look of your face and complexion. and YES it is expensive but you get .75 oz worth of product, which is 2 1/2 times more then BE, so it really comes out to be a little cheaper! and like i said,I've been using the same container 5 months already and I use it about 4-5 days per week, so a little goes a long way and it's totally worth it! I don't like the brush it comes with but I have my own powder brush anyway!

The case this product comes in is superior. It only allows the amount you need to be released from the unit so there is a fresh batch of product each time. I have yet to see another product use this method. This powder blends better than any I have seen. I use my big powder brush to blend the powder over my smashbox liquid foundation. Blends beautifully. The combination is a must for those who enjoy a light coverage that lasts and looks great all day. I don't know how they combine hydration in a powder, but in Reno, the air is so dry, I like the Hydrating factor.

I was a Bare Minerals user and switched over immediately after this was applied on my face. It tightens the skin after the application, and makes your skin look as though you've never had a blemish!

I use it everyday. It is the only product that blends with my fair skin and does not cause breakouts!! As it is powder, there is a fair amount of product lose and it is expensive. Ulta does not accept coupons for this premium product. Therefore, I have to supplement with a lesser product until I can afford this one...

I LIKE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT GOES ON EASILY, LASTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND ALWAYS FEELS CLEAN. ALSO I LIKE HOW YOU APPLY IT WITH A BRUSH, NOT YOUR HANDS SO YOU DON'T GET LIQUID FOUNDATION ALL OVER YOUR HANDS.

I was looking for something that went on light, gave me an even skin tone, and lasted all day. Halo is pretty pricey but does all of the above for me.

Althought it is a little pricey, it lasts about 3 months using it once a day. I use a foundation under it and love the final look!

This is the first and only powder that I can wear on my dry skin! I have tried every product under the sun, from the drugstore buys to too faced, benefit, cargo hd powder, and everything automatically brought out my draw flakey skin. This is my absolute favorite item in my makeup bag. Not to mention it is so easy to throw in the purse for on the go touch ups. Smashbox continues to amaze me!

I have used Smash Box Halo for several years. Most of my cosmetics are Ulta store brand and some regular brands like CG. But I splurge on this because it works so well and last almost a year for me.
