This won an award in a leading magazine for being the best lipstain so I tried it and it is the best lipstain I've ever used. It is great to wear under gloss or lipstick because it stays on long after the others wear off from eating, drinking, etc. You have to have more than one color - this is a must have beauty product!

I love that i can apply it lighter or darker depending what I want. My only complaints are lack of colors to chose from and no clear coat for shine on the end like a competitors has.

I have heard people say that this product dries out extremely quick, I have had no problem with it drying out, I just make sure I put the lid on securely before storing, I have had mine for 2 or 3 months now, and no problems!

This is a light, perfect stain!I apply a neutral liner then anyone of these stains. I top with a gloss. I'm too busy throughout the day to worry about makeup. By the end of a day, even after eating, I have at least some color. I reapply a pocketed gloss through the day.

ive tried everything in ulta for lip staining...this by far is the best because it goes on evenly, it only stays on my lips for 2 hrs tho but i love the even flow of color. the reason i love it is because its not messy and doesnt get on your teeth and also you can kiss a guy and it doesnt get on them...i dont find it drying and ive been using it for 2 yrs now

I've tried a lot of different kinds of lip stains & by far Cover Girls lip stain is my favorite. It doesn't dry out in the tube quickly like some other brands do ! My favorite way to use it is to put it on as a base & layer lip gloss over it. The lip gloss may wear off but the lip stain doesn't !

It's definitely the best lip stain out there, but please know that's all it does so if you want a glossy effect you'll have to add that with a gloss afterwards. I'm fair and chose the blush color. I think blush works on every skin tone it comes put as a pinkish red depending on how many coats you apply. I've gotten lots of compliments and am already looking for my 2nd!

I like how long it lasts, and it's easy to apply. The color is a bit unpredictable. I sometimes use this for a base and put lipstick over. If the lipstick wears off, the color is still there.
