I love this hair dryer! Before this I had gone through 4 other hair dyers and each one did not get hot enough to straighten my thick coarse hair. This one is lightweight and dries my hair so quickly. The only con I have is that the Cool Shot button is right in the corner where I hold the handle and I am constantly pushing it accidentally. I think I will get used to it over time and it will no longer be a problem. Overall, LOVE this hair dryer!

I was looking for something lightweight and this dryer fits the bill. I have been using it for over a week now and really like it. The only thing I would change is where the toggle switch for on/off is located. I keep bumping it off when I am drying my hair.

Admittedly, I am not one who routinely blow dries my hair and when I do I've been using a cheap, travel dryer for years. After going to the salon though I decided it was time to upgrade and took a chance on this. It's truly awesome. My hair looks and feels better when I use it and is so much less frizzy! Now if only I could master the round brush and hair dryer at the same time...
