I love giving myself manis/pedis, but I usually don't get a chance to do them until later in the evening as I'm winding down. The problem? Waiting for the polish to dry so that I can go to sleep and not wake up to smudges! Well, this is the answer to my dreams! This product does what it says. I've actually been changing up my mani colors a lot more frequently now, because I no longer feel like it's gotten too close to bedtime to do my nails. I'm hooked!

I just recently started doing nail art this summer and lately my nails did not look that great so I bought Essie ridge filler and it's AMAZING!!! It dries very fast and it fills in the ridges completely; dries to a smooth finish that looks just like your normal nail. It doesn't even look like your wearing nail treatment.

I have been using this product for a long time. I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle. I really like it. Don't let it get too far down. I did. It got thick, and didn't dry before I put on color, and made the color smear a little. I let it get really far down, should've started next bottle. Oh well.

I bought Fill the Gap for one of my thumbs, which I somehow manage to slam in doors/drawers/whatever all the time. I hate all the dents I get in that nail! I like that this turns matte when it's finished. Sometimes I have to apply a second coat if I make the first one too thin. I tried Fill the Gap under one of Essie's Mirror Metallics the other night -- LOVE! I was iffy on those polishes because of the finish but now I know I can wear them without all the imperfections they seem to pick up! Even if your nails don't have ridges, a filler like this is a must for metallics!

This is a great base coat, it makes the nail smooth and it made my mani last longer than it usually does. It was at least 4 days before I had a chip. I have a job where I use my hands extensively and used to do my nails every day. This makes the polish last longer than any of the gripper/rubber type base coats I have tried.
