And I like that option because it cuts down on the need to go buy yet one more item just for traveling. I would recommend this mirror to anyone. Good quality for the price too.

I was looking for a lighted mirror that doesn't take much space when put away and had 8-10x magnification (so that I could pluck my eyebrow hairs.. the 15x magnifiers made me feel cross-eyed). The lighted mirrors I found were either too small, bulky, or had bad reviews that the light was too weak. This Professional Oval Mirror with Stand by Hot Tools is perfect. It doesn't have a light but, I was willing to sacrifice that feature and use my own bathroom lighting. It stands and tilts at a convenient angle, is the perfect size, and becomes flat and a great space saver in my drawer. Gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it would be even better with a nice bright halo light.
