I got the matte black shadow and it's great as liner and for a smoky eye. It doesn't have any glitter or shimmer which makes it a great neutral. I pat it on top of my black eyeliner for a long lasting effect and a deeper black color.

I purchase orange and purple colors to use for a Halloween costume. Colors I wouldn't normally use, but they worked great and stayed in place. I will try some other colors!

The exact color i bought was white. Again, it is so hard in this day and age to find a matte white and Nyx has created a highly effective, reasonably priced eyeshadow!

I like to use this product over black eye liner and white eye shadow on the edges where the eye starts and white on the top of the eye lid .great for this time of the year ..nice fall color . Last all day when at work , can apply with any small brush.

On a whim I purchased the NYX white single eyeshadow. I have not found a good white for a highlight in a long time. This is even more pigmented than MACs Gesso. Love love.

Highly Pigmented, applies and blends easily. Used Too Faced Eye Shadow insurance as a base before application of this shadow and it lasted entire day. Great for smokey eyes. Cannot believe what a great value this is. Loving this brand!

I'm in love with nyx products this is a great product. It is very pigmented and blends very good wear it almost everyday and haven't even dented it and it's been almost a month that i've had it.

Purchased eyeshadow in "black" as I often use a smokey eye and sometimes have difficulty finding a shadow dark enough. This shadow did the trick, it is highly pigmented so you not have to us a great deal to get a smokey eye. If it too much color for you, it is easy to blend to make lighter. Love it and love the prices of NYX products!
