It's not only great for lining the lips, but if you fill your lips with this color and smack on some gloss, it creates a beautiful look that's not too bold, but makes your lips pop! If you put lipstick over it after you fill in your lips, it helps the lipstick last longer and gives the lipstick its true color. Great color for purple and mauve lipsticks.

This lip liner (Hot Red) looks great with MAC's lip stick called Ruby Woo in matte red. The colors are pretty much identical. Great buy and wonderful product. I actually left this in my car on a 90 degree day by accident, and to my surprise it didn't melt like my other liners I've had that were A LOT more expensive.
