I cleans my skin and then spray this the mist with my eyes closed. Once my face is no longer wet, which happens pretty fast, I put the cream on. Love how my skin feels after the mist, as if I just had a splash of cold water.

A wonderful skin specialist AT Ulta recommended this. I love it!!It provides a ton of water like moisture yet relieves the redness and irriation that mars my skin. It's reasonably prices for a name product. If you have redness, flush easily or are known to have rosacea or skin has a dry, burned feeling, this will help. I am incredibly pleased with this purchase.
