Followed instructions and after 3min 95% of the hair was still there. Despite the bottle saying not to "rub", it took quite a bit of force with a washcloth to remove the hair. Even after that, only about 50% of hair had been removed. The process was just as time consuming as shaving, if not more so.

I have sensitive skin but have coarse hair, and this product burned after a few seconds of me spraying it. I was feeling that for over a day after I used it. I wouldn't mind it so much if it worked, but it didn't work very well at all -- only in spots. I would have sprayed it again, but the burning that I experienced wasn't worth it.

I literally used the whole thing in one use. All I did was spray a consistent thin layer on my upper and lower legs and it's all gone. All of it. I will say that it did dissolved my hair within about 6 or 7 minutes, however I have fine hair and not much of it since I normally wax. I doubt it would be good for anyone with normal or coarse hair. It didn't burn, but it felt very warm. I have dry and sensitive skin and I didn't feel itchy or irritated. Word of warning, some of it dripped onto the side of my tub and sink and it left a dark mark. I'm sure it will come off with bleach, but just be careful where it ends up.

I bought this because I have been hopelessly looking for a way to get rid of my very coarse, dark underarm/ lower leg hair. It is so dark that even after shaving (i have tried all the tips and tricks) the area remains dark. Only the removal of the hair by the root will work. I was very excited to use this because of some positive reviews, but this product only left me dissapointed. My skin is typically not that sensitive, and after trying this product every way and even following directions perfectly, this still removed NO hair and left a chemical burn. Whether it was 3 minutes or 10 minutes, my skin was harmed. NONE of the hair was removed or even shortened, not even the areas with very fine hair. I love Sally products, but this one was terrible for me. Also, the amount of product would only last someone two legs.

Followed the directions. The product was very stinky even for a hair removal product. It ws not effective at all. I might as well done nothing.

This product removed almost none of my hair. I have coarse leg hair and it literally removed none of it. However, I tried a small spot on my arm, where the finer hair is, and it removed that easily. So for fine hair this might work, but if you have dark coarse hair like me, I do not recommend this product.

I am not a super hairy person so if this didn't work for me not sure who it would work for. The product said it didn't run but it really did. It was very watery and only softened the hair on my body and barely removed anything. Not worth the money and not a time saver.
