I use the product daily. It's thicker than regular shampoo so I think it will last longer. Doesn't lather as much as regular shampoo but still leaves hair clean, silky, and fresh smelling. I really like it!

Whenever I would use drug store shampoos my hair would be SO dry and frizzy and look dead and take forever to grow. I cut 4 inches off my hair and have been using this shampoo everyday since, and my hair doesn't even need a trim to get off dead ends. and it has been growing like a weed. i swear by this shampoo, the secret is the sulfate free plus the oils.

One 'N Only is a really dumb name, but I fell in love with this line of hair care two years ago and have not switched. That is saying a lot, because I tend to jump from shampoo to shampoo.

Love, love this shampoo and the accompanying conditioner. The only downside is that it doesn't lather well, but I soon got used to that. It is a great shampoo with a very pleasant scent. My hair was dry and unruly before I started using this product. Now it has more shine and is smoother and is moisturized.

I picked this product up in Puerto Rico after leaving my organic shampoo at home.I was a bit nervous as it is not marketed as an organic product and a few of the ingredients were not familiar to me. This shampoo has made my very straight, coarse, and thick hair softer than it has ever been (I'm 47). My 12 year old son liked it so much that he quickly helped me finish the bottle, stating that "it smells wicked good".

I bought this for my daughter who has very fine and wavy hair that ends up looking frizzy if not handled with care. We had used the oil after shampooing, but I felt even the fancy shampoo I bought for her was too harsh. This shampoo is very gentle, cleans well and smells great. Her crazy hair is now tame. The only draw back is that it does not lather the way we expect shampoos to lather. This makes it more difficult for her to shampoo because she expects the lather, but lack of lather is only because the harsh lathering agents were not added - which is really a benefit to the shampoo.

My daughter swims four days a week and the repeated exposure to chlorine was taking a toll on her fine, straight hair. Her hair was dull and lifeless. Her swim coach said she could use her shampoo after swimming and she gave it a try. After using One N Only for just a few shampoos, we could see a definite improvement in her hair. It was shiny and healthy looking. Her hair smelled great and looked fuller with more body...which is a major deal with our baby fine, super straight hair. We love this product and will be buying more to keep at home and the pool.

Saved my bleached locks with this shampoo. Leave on for 2minutes, rinse and repeat for it's full potential. The smell is a little weird and so is the hard to squeeze bottle. But! the product is one of the best things on the market for the everyday gal. Use with the oil and lay off the heat and you will be rockin shiny new locks by the end of the month.
