Perfect for what I wanted which is to use my darker eyeshadows to make a smudgy effect liner. Also good for blending eyeshadow. I love having the sharpener at the other end of the pencil too; it saves me carrying a separte one in cosmetic case.

This is a great applicator! It works great with all eyeshadows. Cream based, powdery, greatly pigmented, etc. It is absolutely great! There is no fall out using it either :)

I love this brush! No need to buy expensive brand name and real animal fur bristles (cruel anyway) I use the tip to line my eyeliner to give cat eye look and it works like a paint brush--lines perfectly while smudges naturally. I am going to buy 3 more, one to leave at my office, home and purse
