I don't know what is in this, but it is a must have if you are going to purchase the gel kit, it removes all the tacky residue.

The Purify is essential for removing the stickiness that remains on your nails after the Brilliance coat. Cut a paper towel into small squares and use a different square to wipe each nail clean. I also use it to clean and prepare my nails before applying Prep.
