I LOVE this stuff... it's a 'life-saver'! My hair is very fine and tends towards frizziness, so this works wonders on it. It's not heavy or sticky; it enhances the curls (my hair is more 'wavy' than 'curly', but with this product I can get some real curl action going!); it holds the hair in place without being stiff removing the need for hairsprays, mousses or gels; it has a light scent so it doesn't conflict with my perfume; it rinses out very quickly and completely and the price is very affordable. What more could you ask for?!

This lotion is actually a clear gel. I've been using it for a few months now and I really love it. It doesn't take a whole lot. It really helps define the curl. The bonus is that it is not sticky and it DOES NOT make your hair crunchy. It smells lemony but not overpowering. I bought 4 bottles this last time to have on hand. Will continue to purchase as long as my hair is permed.

I use this product in conjunction with SAMY's curl creme. My hair is naturally straight but lightly permed - so I now have a soft curl. Because my hair is fine it is difficult to encourage curl as my perm is not a tight curl. SAMY's products encourage curl as well as holds a curl so my hair now looks like it is naturally curly. I have tried everything on the market regardless of price and have found that SAMY works the best. I love my SAMY products! Oh ya, can't beat the price of these products - just about the least expensive line on the market. Give this (and the rest of the SAMY line) product a try - you will love it

I have a perm that is starting to wear out, and this brings back the curl quite nicely. It smells good, is not greasy and is easy to apply. I just flip my head over and scrunch a dollop of it in. Definitely will be buying more.

Put quarter size product in hand and work it from roots to end. I dry with a defuser and don't need any hair spray when I'm done.

This product was not my favorite. I have curly hair and need something to help bring back bouncy curls and eliminate frizz, which is what the bottle said it would do. It did not live up to the hype, After a diffuser and low air, my hair was more fuzzy than if I had let it air dry and there were hardly any bouncy curls.
