I use this after the shower, before I brush my hair. It does such a great job managing and minimizing my frizz. It also helps keep my hair moisturized and healthy.

This product is essential especially if you do not wash your hair everyday. I used to wash daily otherwise my curls didn't look quite right after a nights sleep. So when I shower, I loosely put my hair up and let my hair/ends get a little wet. Afterwards, I let my hair done, flip it over my head, and loosen with my fingers. Then I spray the product in my palms (instead of my hair)and then gently sqeeze/apply it to my ends. It really re-vitalizes the curls w/o having to wash it everyday.

Use on day 2 or 3 of no wash to spruce up. Or use before going out to freshen your curls. I also used with a bit of water so it wouldn't weigh my hair down.

I use this to scrunch out gels, to refresh my hair, and, at bedtime I spray it all over my hair to hold in moisture throughout the night. I always have a bottle of this on hand, especially during very dry weather.

I'm so happy I tried this product. I use it in conjunction with Paul Mitchell's Styling Foam. I have naturally curly hair and work in an extremely dry environment - everyday by 5:00 my hair was flat, lifeless and full of static. Not anymore! I spray this on before drying my hair and the curl holds all day even when it's 87 degrees in my office!!!

Love this for a quick option to styling my hair. Spray it on wet, scrunch in some curls, let it dry. Never frizzy. Never stiff curls. My go-to product for rushed mornings and vacation days.
