I am horrible at painting my own nails, but I wanted to find a more affordable solution to gel manicures. The white went on smoothly and I buffed the sides of each white tip so that it laid flush with the sides of my nail. If you press from the center outward you will not get any air bubbles or pockets with the white coating. I did the entire process in about 10 minutes. I'm hard on my hands (a waitress) and there are still no chips on day 4! I'm not sure why these got some less than stellar reviews, but some people didn't read the packaging description correctly so I wouldn't discount this product based on their opinions. These are really cute and inexpensive to try.

The tips really are thin enough so that simply brushing on the top coats are enough, no filing necessary. There are enough tips of various sizes for at least 3 applications that fit. Also, when you run out of tips, the top coats still make an excellent, strong, gel-like overlay. Great stuff!

The tips really are thin enough that there's no need for sanding down a seam line. The tips are also surprisingly strong. This won't last for three weeks, but it does last, and your nails won't be damaged if removed properly. It's easy to apply and hard to get wrong. It's a great, much more economical alternative to salons. Also, there are enough tip sizes for at least three applications.

This nail kit is great! Looks like pro acrylics, but does not damage your nails. These are not press on nails so you will be able to do things like open a soda can, etc. There is enough there for two sets maybe three depending on how long they last. Most of mine lasted at least five days. I did have a small chip in one soon after I applied it, but really not that noticeable. There are pleanty of extras to replace the ones that chip. It does take a little practice to apply the top coat. It is very thick and you have to screw the the top on completely each time you do a nail so that it will submerge all the way. Double dipping does not work with the top coat. It dries fast. You must apply quickly. I was really happy with them overall. Lots of compliments! They kept my real nails from breaking and made them harder.

This is a great DIY kit for french tips. I love that it gives you a perfect strip of white paint- no mess, and it's on your REAL nail! It comes with a base coat and a top coat- but the top coat in my kit was dried up so I had to purchase another top coat separately. It can difficult to get the surface (real nail + paint strip) smooth enough to prevent air bubbles. Overall,though, easy to use and professional looking. I even used it on my toes!

Went on pretty easily and they look nice. These are not extension tips. They are to be placed on your natural nail and any overhang is to be filed off. That may be why some people are having problems with them.

The nail glue was a bit difficult to apply. The results were stunning though and perfect for the wedding I was in. Held up better than normal nail polish but didn't last as long as the package indicates.

Got plenty of compliments! Once you put on one or two, it gets easier. Wish they come in longer tips. My nail grows very fast and by day 4, you can see the where the tip of my nails have grown from the quick.

These tips work good, they apply easy, look like a professional manicure. Only con is if you don't have your natural nail under the tip they can chip or break easily with every day "wear and tear" usage.

This product looks so outstanding! After a few hours they started to peel and ruin my nail... Took a few days to repair my damaged nails! Not worth the buying.
