FINALLY A PRIMER THAT DOESN'T CAUSE PIMPLES!!! Can you tell I'm excited about that? I've tried so many primers and they ALL caused me to break out. I did some research and learned that silicone-free options don't clog pores and seal in bacteria, so I tried this and fell in love. It goes on stark white and takes a minute or two to dry, but once it does it leaves a natural feel to my skin and provides a great base for my makeup. It's not very mattifying like a silicone primer, but it made me look fresh and dewey, without blemishes! Also feels great under my eyes. I found my primer BFF!

I have very sentive skin and seems i have never found a makeup that dont break me out! I love this primer it is perfect for me. It last all day and brightens my face. This is the best stuff i have ever used! Def worth the money. Im adding more tarte products to my makeup bag from now one. This was my first product ive ever used in tarte and im sold on it all! I love this primer. When I first purchased it, I balked at the price, but the sales associate assured it me it would last a while. One tube lasted me over 3 months. I have rosecea and I'm allergic to dimethicone, and this really makes the difference in my makeup. It's super moisturizing which is fantastic for my skin.

I have combination/sensitive skin I use this product under my Revlon Colorstay foundation, I have not used it with my MUFE foundation powder. I wore full make up on Thanksgiving day and got to the mall on Black Friday at 12AM then went home and took a nap, I usually NEVER sleep in makeup because I break out but I figured I was going to be up most of the night shopping anyway. I went back to the mall at 5AM, then taught two fitness classes and my make up still lasted. I was waiting for a major break out because I had worn makeup for so long but I didn't get one! I thought the MUFE primer in caramel was great because it left me with only very tiny bumps instead of cystic acne like smashbox and others. I never thought of trying a silicone free primer till I started doing some online research. Needless to say I think the MUFE primer might have to go after using this one. I've learned it was not specifically the foundation breaking me out it was the other primers! Silicone free is the only way for me I love this Tarte primer, now I can wear makeup more than once a week because I'm not afraid of breakouts!

I use a minimal amount of makeup and really didn't understand what primer was and why I may benefit from the use of it. Some days if my skin was patchy, I just knew foundation may make my skin look worse. Since using primer, I can use foundation anytime I feel the need or desire.

Very light lotion-like primer. Gives a transluscent glow to skin. Helps keep make-up on a lot longer than other primers I have tried.
