The shampoo and conditioner extends the life of the Keratin treatment. I have very curly thick and hair and during the humid summer, using the shampoo and conditioner along with the Keratin treatment, my hair did not frizz.

The KeraStraight Shampoo left my hair clean and DID SUD up VERY WELL. Also- it WASN'T too harsh on my hair. I just used this Shampoo with the KeraStraight Conditioner this morning and my hair Looks and Feels so Luxurious!! (Notes on my hair type: My hair has been really dry lately even though I do not color treat it- it has a bunch of split ends. Also the texture is fine to medium and it gets oily fast.) When my hair gets oily I like to put corn starch in my roots to make my hair look fluffier- (in case you have my hair type.) Anyway- GENTLE SHAMPOO!! SUDS UP VERY WELL AND IS SULFATE FREE!!! YAAAYY!!! I recommend for all hair types.

I'm using it on the advice of my stylist to maintain the keratin treatment. So far it's working and I did notice a difference when I switched to another shampoo and conditioner when I an out of my first bottle. It doesn't lather well for me on the first wash, but second seems fine (just means you use it up more quickly). I have short hair thankfully. Bottle is small and price is high but that's the choice I've made I suppose!!! Probably something out there cheaper with same effects.

This is the second bottle I have purchased. I usually don't finish a bottle of anything because I get bored with it or it no longer seems to work for me. The shampoo smell is good, but I really like the smell of the conditioner. They both work well together and the shampoo has a nice lather to it.

I bought this to use after my keratin treatment at Ulta. I didn't want to risk shortening the life of the treatment by using the wrong shampoo. I have very oily hair, and it does clean my hair. I just can't discern if the shampoo is enhancing the treatment or just not ruining it. The main reason I'm reviewing is because this smells terrible! It is sickly sweet and reminds me of an awful bubblegum flavored liquid medicine I had as a kid. My husband also commented on the smell after my first use. Blech. I'll still use it though.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner after I received the kerastraight treatment. I enjoyed the treatment but the shampoo and conditioner was terrible!!! I would recommend Loreal no sulfate.
