I love Essie products, their nail polish is always the best, however seems to chip more than OPI. The color is great, it's opaque so you don't need a base white coat and there is a bit of subtle luminescent shimmer to it which I love.

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am an O.P.I. addict. I always tell myself that I won't buy more, but then a shade like O.P.I.'s "Lights of Emerald City" appears and I think HOW CAN I NOT HAVE THIS NAIL POLISH IN MY LIFE! I've only worn it once so far, and got tons of compliments, from my 6 year old niece, up to the 95 year old women I work for. I think this would be an amazing top coat over a nude base. And so adorable for a bride on her wedding day. I only applied two coats of this, no base coat, no top coat. Easy peasy. As with most glitter polishes with large embellishments, I probably left some nails goopier than others, so it really started to chip after the first day, but that's ok. I can't wait to try it over O.P.I.'s "Can't Find My Czechbook" - I just think it is going to be the most lovely spring manicure ever!

Bought the gold glittery one and LOVE it, apply light or heavy. Over bare nails or toes in my sand are my fans. Remember to use a top coat, other wise it chips easily.

It's Easy But It Takes Many Coat

This is a very fun red just as it's name! It actually make my skin look brighter and no matter what I wear, it lights up the entire outfit. The color is just like the color of those giant oriental lanterns. I usually apply two coats only without any base or top coat, so if you use top coat, your polish might last logner than 3 days without chips.

I love Butter London. I love the color, the thick consistency, and everything else about this polish. I tried one and became a life-long fan of this polish. I truly can't find other colors that quite match Butter London with the same large amount of polish in the bottle. My only qualm is it does chip a little bit after a week, but the color is so amazing and the thick application of color so gorgeous, I don't mind at all! It just means I get to paint my nails once a week!

I LOVE glitter nail polish, this Essie color is the bomb, BUT, i had to do two applications and go back in a third time to fill in some spots, its tricky if you want your nail to look FULL of glitter. Then a few days later it started to chip :/ so it seems its better as a top coat or a light glitter application.

My favorite color is gun metal, love this color and the brand. works well, however if you work with your hands like i do i recomend putting on a top clear coat to make the polish last longer
