The first time I bought BareMinerals I wasnt impressed i felt like I was walking out of the house with no coverage on my face. I decided to try the "Matte" and I love it it covers a lot better and it helps my face from looking super shiny. It has also helped clear my acne .

I have combination skin that used to be oily. I have been using this foundation for over 5 yrs religiously and pray that l'oreal never stops manufacturing this product! Although this product appears to be almost creamy in application, the trick I swear by owing to my combination skin, is to wash my face with a cleanser, pat dry and apply the foundation to my unmoisturized skin! The foundation contains SPF and this method of using it leaves my face comfortably matte for a few hours in the summer and for the entire day in the winters (I live in NY). I just use a different foundation in the summer (Revlon colorstay for combination skin)

Made the switch to this product and i LOVE it! It has AMAZING coverage but doesn't look heavy. Only downsides are that it gets very greasy and comes off easily if you rub your face a lot (e.g. hugs, making out lol).. I started using the Urban Decay Matte primer and it works wonders with the greasiness. Can't leave the house without these two little guys.

I am new to make-up and this product is light weight and it doesn't look cake-ish like liquid. Perfect coverage but you really need the primer otherwise it won't last long.

I really like this tinted moisturizer! It is by far a great deal and it works. I like that it has SPF in it so I don't have to apply two products. It has a beautiful glittery effect that makes your face shine. Its so easy to apply and if you blend it in all the way and all over your face it looks good without looking streaky at all. This product works amazingly for me and I would definitly recommend it to a friend but different products work differently for different people so you would have to test it out and see if it works for you. Definitly give it a try and see for yourself.

I love this product for good coverage and light coverage. As I am getting older, I need more coverage but I don't want to look like I have more makeup on and this product really gives me that balance. It does not last all day and night, so touch ups are necessary (I use one of their powder compacts for that) and even a second application if I am going to go out later, but it is definitely worth it to me because of how beautiful this cover up is.

I love this product. I have been using a powder type foundation since Shiseido came out with one in the 80's but this covers very well but since I need to contiually reapply all day the small compact does not last more than one month. I use the chisel brush but I really miss the sponge applicator that doesn't come with it anymore and I don't like the new packaging. I think it is too heavy and I don't like the fact that it is not refillable. You have to buy a new compact every time. That is a waste of our Earth's resources.

I really like benefit products. I usually use their cover up foundation (I swear by it!) I got a few samples of this, and have to say I love it. BUT if i had oily skin,i would definitely not use it. this product is definitely for people with normal or dry skin. I do feel like i would need to re apply half way through my day, at that point i would probably just use the foundation. i DO like the spf 25 aspect. it is pricey though, if i am going to spend this much, ill probably just stick with the cover up fondation.

People say its difficult to use, but i reaaly dont think so. It is just messier than most foundations. This is my favorite foundation, especially during the winter because it lasts all day. For summer, i would suggest the mineral veil because it keeps the product longer. I used the mineral veil all year round though. I have very sensitive skin and this doesnt break me out :)

I love the product. As the sun darkens my skin, I can count on the Iman line of foundation to keep up with the changes. I wear three different shades depending on the time of year.
