When I bought this product,(for something outside of my norm) I assumed it was more liquid than powder, but when I got it home and opened it, it poured out all over my hands. The word whipped is definitely not the word I would use to describe this. Because it is so wet, you have to hold your eyes closed in order to let it dry or you WILL have creases, and because it is so runny, you have to be careful as the coverage may be thicker in one area than in another. The nice thing was, once it did dry, it didn't crease, and it washed off very easily with water. (just hope it doesn't rain)

I was excited to get this, but it just isn't what I expected. It is messy and difficult to put on. You have to put on a LOT to see it. The colors all blend together; I expected that I would have subtle highlights of the colors contained in the shadow. I don't recommend this one.

Doesn't work, smells awful, and leaves a huge mess. I couldn't get the color out of my skin. It's too runny to apply with hands, so I had to squirt it directly into my hair. I haven't seen any difference in my hair except that it is dried out and smells terrible.

You can clearly see this powder sitting on your face... all day. I have cheap powders for every day use that work better than this stuff. Really a dissapointment.

Don't get this product, I'm so mad I wasted my money on this :/ Its really watery and when I tried it its just it was almost like there was no color at all, I was super excited to get this in the mail and it was so disappointing, I'm disappointed in the whole Ulta line so far

very dissapointing, very watery ( and messy) then dries to a clumpy caked powder finish. Nothing creamy about this one. Just gross to apply. wasted money. I got two colors, the tiramisu and theberry trifle. Both were equally hard to apply and then ugly when dry. These would work better as paint on paper than make-up!

My mom got this in one of the bag deals with a bunch of ulta makeup in it and I tried to use it a couple times. It was horrible. The tube did not remove much of the mascara from the brush when you took it out which left a clumpy, goopy, sticky mess that got all over your eyelashes. I had to wipe of the excess and it made my eyelashes stick together.

I bought this powder on a whim...thank goodness it was on sale when I did. Its awful, very messy I dumped half the container just trying to open the jar. It settles into every line making it look like I'm wearing a mask. Do not buy!

I am very big on mascara,have to use it even if no other make up is used. Have been searching for good product that provides volume and lengthing at a reasonable price (probably too much to ask for). With that said, this one is definately not for me. Not easy to use, awkward brush, clumps, smudges, takes longer to use then a regular longer brush more commonly used. I hate the new rubber brushes but hate this one even more. Will not recommend and will throw away. Just me saying....

I bought this product simply becuase i was able to get it for free due to Ulta rewards. I bought it in the nude color becuase i wanted something different. I was excited to try it but dissapointed with the results. Like all other Ulta products it was horrible quality. I am frugal but i have learned my lesson that its better to buy one nice gloss rather than two or more horrblie quality glosses.

Every time I use this top coat, it leaves little bubbles all over my nails. It goes on so easily, but the ease is not worth it for the bubbles. No matter what I do, bubbles always end up on my nail with this top coat, and completely ruin my mani.
