I am 14, and dont have a big problem with acne, but my upper back was bad. I had to fix this becasue my 8th grade continuation dress is backless. I put this on everytime I took a shower and let it sit about 5 minutes then washed it off. I have very sensitive skin and this didnt dry it out or irritate it at all! Within a week and a half you could hardly see traces of where the acne had been!!!
