I use this product everyday. It is perfect for daytime wear (it is easy and quick to apply, and doesn't look cakey like some pressed powders), however, it is also strong enough to provide coverage for nighttime wear. I also find that it does not run when sweating while working out.

I use it to highlight the angles of the face. Mostly upper cheeks to show off the cheekbones and make my eyes look brighter. I wouldnt use this to put ALL over the face, but where ever you put it, it gives a little glimmer.
