This is so ah-mazing!!!!!!! It heats up sooooooo fast ant straightens my locks perfectly. The only problem is that it takes awhile and it doesn't do very well in humid conditions. But what is really cool about it is that it can straighten hair and also curl hair very well.

I take forever to get ready and have very little time in the morning when I get ready for school. This flat iron is great because it heats up quick and gets the job done. My hair is already naturally straight but I find it to get wavy and flip out and not listen to me. I don't think anyone needs a high end straightener, this ones fantastic. Works for all hair types. Only con is that it's a tad big bulky and I don't think it's great for travel, the big one that is. It comes with a mini flat iron and I love that I can bring it to swim practice with me!

I use this chi everyday! I've used the original chi before, but this one works even better. I have very curly, long hair and live in florida with extremely high humidity. This straight iron keeps my hair smoother, shinier, and straighter than any other iron I've used and it takes me about half the time.I also use it to style my hair with lose curls. My hair also looks a lot healthier! It's definitely worth the cost and without a doubt I would recommend it!

I have very curly hair that frizzes and puffs up like crazy in this Florida weather. I had been using the Maxiglide for 5 years, but I was also relaxing my hair. I stopped relaxing my hair about 2 years ago. I would straighten my hair with the maxiglide and withing minutes my hair was frizzy, puffed up and just horrible. My hair is long to my mid-back. After doing research online, I found that the Sedu was considered the best. Oh my God, on the first try my hair was silky, shiny, frizz-free and just fabulous. When my kids saw me they could not believe how great my hair looked. I even went to get a trim after I straightened my hair with the Sedu. The hairdresser asked me who did my hair and could not believe I had done it myself. She even decided to cut my hair dry so she wouldn't have to wet it because it looked so good. Now, the test was how long would it last. I wish I had found this earlier. I can workout at the gym, do yardwork, go anywhere in this Florida weather and my hair still looks great. Because my hair is so long it does take more time, but the results last for days. The only change I would make to this flat iron would be: 1. Have smooth round edges for curls if wanted. 2. Make it larger if possible. I am so happy with this purchase that I would buy it again and again. Also, it is so lightweight that traveling with it is no problem.

I really love this flatiron. I was a bit hesitant at first with the cost, but I ended up getting a great deal after a sale & coupons (so look out for those). As for the product itself, mine came with a travel-size one as well as a full-size one which I think is great. The first one I bought, the on/off switch cover fell off, but I just returned it and the new one was fine. I love that the dials are on the inside, which prevents accidentally changing things or turning it off. Also, with the rounded edges I never stag my hair like some of the others I've tried. The CD is nice for those who need assistance at first, and I only marked it time-consuming because like any flatiron, to get it done right it takes awhile. I have lots of curly hair so I section it off which takes me maybe 30-45 minutes which is alot better than some of my old ones. I don't feel like it damages at all, but I also don't use the highest setting when I use it. Overall, I don't regret spending the money on this flatiron. I love it to tears and I'm sure it will last me for years!
