This is the only product I have found that really cleans my skin (make-up, dirt, etc). If you don't close the cap properly the leakage can be a bit messy (hence the con) but otherwise I always buy 2 bottle of the face wash in case it ever gets discontinued. I love it!

I love this! I have very sensitive skin, rosacea and of course, large pores. It really works! Noticed a remarkable difference the very first use. I try to only use it at night as it seems like it could be drying. Even with just one use a day my pores are definitely smaller and skin feels clean and removes that last little bit of makeup after cleansing. After a week of using it I have gotten many compliments on my skin. Redness is controlled. I use in conjunction with Neutrogena moisturizer for combination skin. Only con is the Bactine like smell and it leaps out of the bottle if you're not careful. Container is awkward, but you get alot. I transferred to a smaller easier to use bottle. Problem solved. Definitely part of my daily routine, now!

It has cleared my skin significantly but not completely like the lady who convinced me to buy it said it would. I still break out more than I'd like lol but not for as long or as badly. I just started using a clarisonic with it so maybe that will make it more effective? hopefully I'd do anything to get rid of my acne.

I love the results, however to use a new one daily seems unreasonable. This would add up too quickly, so I try to use them sparingly. Also, it is a little tricky holding the pad when washing. It seems to want to roll up.

This cleanser is working well for my mature (age 59) skin that still has the occassional breakout. The only "con" I have is the texture of the cleanser is more of a gel so it will slide off your fingers before it gets to your face if you're not careful! I've wasted some product due to this. Would like to see it go to a more lotion consistency.

This is a new version of their regular cleanser. I liked what it did for my skin just as much as the former version plus gentle exfoliation. However, new price is 4$ more for less ozs. The former version was a nice gel, but he new version requires shaking the tube. If you don't shake the tube, it comes out runny and cottage cheesy where the exfoliating beads glob together. I still like what it does for my skin despite the new messiness. The 20% price increase for less product in this economy is a gouge to loyal customers.

Great gently exfoliator. I dont use it everyday but you probably can. It makes your skin feel nice without drying it out or being harsh.

I used this at the start of summer to get rid of my acne scars so that they wouldn't get worse from all the sun I would soon be getting. I loved the way it made my skin feel! It didn't make me breakout but I didn't notice any improvement at first.. then I started using it twice a day and even somedays 3 times a day and WOW I saw a major difference in my dark spots. Because it this is a drugstore product dont expect to get results in a matter of weeks. Other brands like Clinique have more expensive versions but they all basically do the same thing. If youre on a budget and dont mind waiting..go with this product. Another pro about it is that even though your dark spots may not be completely erasing like you'd hoped...it really brightens your skin!

I love Queene Helene products - I have tried - and still own - several facial products and have not been disappointed as of yet. I alternate between the mud mask and the mint julepe mask, but heard grapeseed oil/extract is good for the face and I happened to come across this product at Ulta the next day. I'm not really a fan of peel-off masks but I decided to give it a try anyway. The price made my half-empty student pockets happy! It left my face feeling so soft and faded a few of my problem areas on my face after just one application. It's a bit messy but it isn't something I mind but if you purchase, be cautious. Make sure not to put too thick of a layer on face because it will take longer to dry, if at all. Try it!
