I was excited to use this product because I am in love with the deep conditioner repair mask in the same line. However for this product I really did not like because for such a small bottle I probably can get maybe 4 uses out of it and its $11. I did not think it was worth purchasing and when I had used this conditioner it made by hair more tangled than it was before and my hair was not soft at all. It was just an uncomfortable feeling, overall.

I agree with the person who said the new packaging is not the same product, and yes, the metal on the pump is rusted. I have bought the item pictured and it had no smell, not drying and worked great. This new one with the new label stinks something awful and is so drying it leaves your face tight. I am returning it today. I tried calling the number on the bottle but it just goes to a voicemail. Very disaapointed!!

I tried this product out because I was trying to find something cheaper to hide the redness in my face & neck. It goes on thin any immediately just disappears & I didn't notice any difference in my redness.

i was excited when i heard this recommended by an ulta salon stylist, since the price is so cheap, but it was gross. it left my hair worse off than before use. heavy, greasy, and really smelly from the over-powering fragrance.

This product DID NOT work for me. I went into Ulta and talked to someone about my skin because I wanted a cleansing/moisturizing system that wouldn't make me break out. About 3 days after I started using this product my skin got super irritated and I had bumps everyone. My whole face (especially forehead) was like reading braille. They didn't become pimples- they just were disgusting bumps. About a week after I stopped using the product my skin finally went back to normal but I will never buy anything by this brand again.

I have very fine oily hair and I love dry shampoos. I tried the original Batiste and I wanted to love it. The price was right, it seemed to work pretty well at first, I didn't notice a white cast on my black hair, BUT omg my scalp started to itch badly!. I quickly washed it out with clarifying shampoo, twice! I noticed my lymph nodes behind my ears were swollen and I had to go on antihistamines and prednisone. I'm not sure what caused the reaction, but I would suggest trying a little on your skin first and see if there's a reaction. I hope this helps someone.

Once you wet the sponge and add a cleanser, the sponge is the equivalent of wet cotton...not exactly what you need for buffing the skin.

I don't recommend this product to anyone with oily/acne prone skin. This product caused me to break out on my forehead. I have acne and it also made my skin look extremely flakey and the powder clumps up in the edges of my acne and makes me look terrible. Also the fact that I have oily skin doesn't help it because the makeup can wear off easily. I'm never buying this ever again!
