The smell is very strong and different. It smells like the pink stuff you use for poison ivy. I haven't noticed any real results. Its ehhh

These are good if you just want a wave in your hair. It's only one size, which I knew when buying them, but I will now need a set of smaller ones to get the curl I'm used to. Otherwise they are great for large waves/curls and volume.

Rollers take just as long as curling hair but you have more control of a curling iron. The rollers burned my hands and my skin where the rollers fell. You can't make the rollers tight on your head.

The shampoo works well and helps with keeping your color shiny and vibrant. However the STRONG scent of the brown sugar, is terrible. It actually ruins the shampoo for me.

My hair is mid-back length, thick, curly, and on the drier side even though it is not chemically treated. I've heard great things about Carol's Daughter hair care products, especially if you have curly or dry hair. This cream is more like a pomade. It's VERY thick, if you turn the jar upside down and whack the bottom it won't fall out. It does a good job of taming frizzies and flyaways but I attribute that to the fact that it feels like glue when you apply it no matter how much you rub your hands together. A plus is that it doesn't make your hair crunchy or flaky. As stated earlier, my hair is *long* and all I need is a quarter sized amount to distribute throughout my entire head. I suspect this jar will last forever. I hate the smell and am considering returning the product for that reason. It smells EXACTLY like a public restroom (it's either the stuff they use to clean it or the pink soap from the dispenser, not the toilets!)Really, when you smell it right away you will recognize it as "public bathroom scent", there's no mistaking it. The smell does not fade. It stays in until you wash it out, and it is noteworthy that this is difficult to wash out. I wouldn't purchase it again.

I have super long, naturally wavy hair that always tends to be dry no matter what I use. I spray this on my clean wet hair and it instantly detangled it and made it silky smooth! After it dryed it was still very soft and shiny but made my scalp look to oily like I hadn't washed my hair in weeks so keep off ur roots. Overall I love it and use it if I'm just having a natural hair day (no flat iron) My biggest con is the smell though. It's so strong it's almost nauseating.

Your hair does stay "put" but by the end of the day, your hair feels so so dry. I would not reccomend daily use.

The first time I used this product I thought it didnt work that well but the next time I used a comb instead of a brush which really helped. The reason that I put that I am not sure that I would use this product again is the smell. It is not pleasent and it is very strong. I could smell it all day even my husband said that my hair smelled bad.

This stuff smells great and I love the way it makes my hair look and feel, but I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because of the packaging. Its pretty messy to pour onto my hand without getting too much or getting it all over the bottle. A cap that presses down to open would be more convenient.
